Steve brings over 45 years of experience and leadership from the public and private sectors, and from academia. He has been a VA Counseling Psychologist, VA Supervisory Psychologist, statewide VA Rehabilitation and Counseling Program Chief, Rehabilitation Consultant, Forensic Vocational Expert, university faculty member, professional journal editor, and author. His specialties include Career Assessment and Counseling, Social Security Disability, VA Vocational Rehabilitation, Elder Assessment and Planning, Life Care Planning, research, and Human Services Agency Administration. Steve has a Ph.D. in Counselor Education from Kent State University, with subspecialties in Evaluation and Measurement, and a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Florida. He is a Certified Career Counselor (CCC), Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider (BC-TMH), Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), and Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP). He holds memberships in the American Psychological Association (Life Member), American Counseling Association, National Career Development Association, and the American Rehabilitation Counseling Association.
Matthew Simon, M.H.A., Senior Vice President
As a Health Care Consultant, Matt has over 20 years of experience helping health care organizations of all sizes with financial, operational and strategic decisions. Matt has worked with public and non-profit acute care hospitals, rehabilitation companies, and long-term care providers, offering a high level of expertise in assisting organizations leverage technology in an effort to meet their goals. He holds a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Emory University.
Tony Jurich - Administrative Coordinator
Tony is responsible for managing all accounting functions, organizational data operations, special projects, administrative operations, and for coordinating client services. He holds an MBA with a concentration in human resource management from National Louis University and has both corporate and nonprofit experience.
